Question or Issue Answer or Comment
Michelle: Anyone able to offer any help installing a fuel cell in an MGA coupe? What to use for plumbing, fuel gauge, dimensions, etc. I expect to put it in the trunk.
Jim: I recently purchased a 1950 TD that is in original condition. Is it OK to burn unleaded gas in the older engine? Bob: Not recommended.

You could use lead additive to the modern gasoline (messy mixing). The lead in the gasoline is necessary as a lubricant for the softer seats and valves. Or, you can have the head rebuilt with hard seats and Stellite exhaust valves. Then you can use unleaded gasoline in it.
